The beautiful decor and cozy ambiance of Monard Villa made me instantly feel at home. The attention to detail in the decoration created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for senior guests like myself. The general areas were well-maintained and accessible, allowing me to move around comfortably without any issues. The convenient location also made it easy for me to explore the breathtaking views and enjoy the tranquility of Barvas.
A small suggestion would be for the children working there to provide a simplified guide or instructions for the home appliances and heating system. As a senior guest, I found it a little challenging to navigate them without assistance.

The kitchen was well-equipped with all the appliances we needed, and having a utility room was a bonus. the cottage had excellent facilities and provided a comfortable stay for our family.
The size of the kettle. It was a bit too small for our liking and took longer to boil water.

Enjoyed the free private parking, so I didn't have to fight for a spot. The soundproofing was impressive, I felt like I was in my own little bubble. And the towels they provided were a nice touch, no need to pack my own!
Oh, and how could I forget the hiking nearby? Absolutely thrilling, scaling those hills in my heels.

Loved the free parking, kept my Bentley happy. Hiking nearby was a great way to avoid talking to the common folk. The soundproofing was perfect for blocking out the sounds of nature.how dare it interrupt my afternoon tea.
Oh, the towels were such a disappointment, not quite as fluffy as the ones I have at home. How dreadful!

We stayed at Monard Villa for a week and it truly felt like a home away from home. The villa was immaculate and had plenty of space for our group of 5 adults and 3 kids. The excellent broadband kept the kids entertained in the evenings, and we were able to stream movies without any issues. The location was central for all the tourist attractions, and amenities were easily accessible. We were also impressed by the warm welcome from the owner, who had lit a coal fire and left a bottle of red wine for us. We would definitely stay here again.
Strongly recommend this hotel.
